If you have fees and compensations to Gentofte Libraries, they can be viewed on Min Betalingsoversigt. Here you can get a comprehensive overview and pay for all fees, compensations, and other debts you may have to Gentofte Municipality.
Payment Instructions
You must pay your fees and compensations through Gentofte Municipality's invoicing system - "Min Betalingsoversigt" or via payment slip in your online banking.
You can find an overview of your outstanding balances by logging into "Min side" at the top right corner of the website or in the Library app. Here you will also find a link to "Min Betalingsoversigt", where you need to log in with MitID and can pay with both card and MobilePay.
You can also pay through your online banking (where you log in with MitID) by creating a payment slip with the payment ID listed on the invoice from Gentofte Municipality. Remember that if you have multiple fees or compensations, they must each have their own payment slip with their unique payment ID.
You can also pay in person at the Citizen Service Center at Gentofte Town Hall. You cannot pay at the library.
You will receive an invoice in Digital Post with information on payment via online banking or payment slip. Citizens exempt from digital post will receive regular mail.
If you do not have MitID
If you do not have MitID, a payment slip will be sent by mail, which can be paid at the bank.
Keep track of your payments
Fees and compensations are displayed and updated upon payment at "Min Betalingsoversigt". (Note: it may take up to 72 hours for your payment to be updated on the website).
